"I was frustrated trying to shop here..."
I was frustrated trying to shop here. The product descriptions were so vague, especially around sizing and materials, that I couldn’t really tell what I was about to buy. It felt like I had to guess, which is annoying when you’re spending money. Clearer communication would make a big difference.

"Ordering was easy, sort of"
I ordered from xtrallux.com and the checkout was simple. I did have to click around for a minute to find the right option, which was a little annoying, but nothing major. Payment went through without any trouble and the confirmation email showed up fast, so that was nice. Overall it was good, not amazing or anything, but also totally fine

"Payment issue made the whole thing feel sketchy"
I tried paying on xtrallux.com and, the second the page froze after I put in my card details, I immediately assumed something had gone wrong. Then my bank showed the money was taken, but the site gave me no order number and no email, so that pretty much confirmed my first thought.
I messaged support and had to wait around, but the replies were still kind of vague. Maybe it was just a technical issue, but for something as simple as paying online, it felt way more stressful than it needed to be. I wouldn’t use it again.

"Warranty support didn’t help at all"
I’m not trying to be dramatic, but the warranty support was useless. I followed up, waited like they asked, and they just kept pushing my claim off without actually fixing anything. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a warranty to mean something, but in my case it got me nowhere.

"Decent look, but feels a little cluttered"
The site looks good at first glance, and I do like the colors. But on some pages, especially on mobile, it feels kind of crowded, almost like they’re trying to squeeze in extra stuff to get you to click around more. The product photos are fine and clear enough, but the layout could definitely be cleaner. Overall, it’s not bad, just not something that feels super polished either.

"Started cracking way too soon"
I bought this thinking it would hold up for a while, but after just a few weeks it already started cracking. I wasn’t being rough with it or anything, so this is where it got annoying. For the price, I expected better. It just doesn’t feel like it was made to last.

"My order showed up in good shape..."
My order showed up in good shape overall. The packaging was solid and everything inside was protected well, which is what I mostly care about because I’ve had packages arrive before where the outside looked fine but the item inside still somehow got messed up. In this case, the box did have a small dent on one side, but once I opened it and checked the product, there was no damage at all, so it didn’t really bother me. They definitely used plenty of tape, maybe a little more than necessary, and it took me a minute to get it open, but I’d rather have that than something falling apart during shipping. Overall, I’m happy with how it arrived.

"Not as good as I hoped"
I was expecting better. It felt okay at first, but after just a few days the quality started feeling cheap. I’ve had to explain more than once why I’m disappointed, which is kind of frustrating because it seems obvious once you actually use it.

"Return was easy in the end"
I had to send something back to xtrallux.com because I picked the wrong size. The return form was straightforward, and they got back to me the next day with the instructions, so that part was easier than I expected.
The refund came through about a week after they received it, which wasn’t super quick but was fine. I’d probably order again, though I’m still a little unsure about the overall quality since the item didn’t feel quite as solid as I hoped, and I wish the tracking or update emails were clearer.

"I tried using the site on my phone..."
I tried using the site on my phone and got annoyed. The pages were slow, the menus felt all over the place, and I had to tap around way too much just to find basic info. Some of the wording also kind of made me feel like I was being talked down to, which didn’t help. After a while I just gave up because it wasn’t a smooth experience at all

Not gonna lie, the range was decent and I did find a good amount of what I was looking for, but there were still a few items I needed that weren’t available.

Not sure how to explain it, but the after-sales support just felt really slow. I had to wait longer than I expected to get help

"Not sure it was worth the price"
I ordered from Xtrallux, and I guess the items are alright, but I’m not totally convinced they were worth what I paid. I was expecting the quality to feel a bit better for the price. Shipping was fine, no real issues there, but I’m not sure I’d buy again unless the prices came down.

"Updates could’ve been a lot better"
I ordered from xtrallux.com, the product wasn’t really the main issue for me. It was the communication after I paid that left me feeling a bit uneasy. I don’t think it’s too much to expect a few clear updates once someone has placed an order.
Instead, it was mostly quiet, and I ended up having to reach out myself just to figure out what was going on. The replies did come eventually, but they were slow and kind of vague, like they were just giving standard answers rather than actually explaining anything.
The order did move along in the end, so it wasn’t a complete disaster, but the lack of proper updates made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. Maybe they’re busy, but it did feel like customers were being left to chase things up on their own. I wouldn’t be in a hurry to order again

"Frustrating experience with Xtrallux"
I wasn’t happy with my experience with xtrallux and wouldn’t use them again. The biggest issue was that whenever something needed sorting, nobody seemed to take ownership of it. I kept getting passed around, and it felt like no one really wanted to deal with the problem or follow it through properly.

"Not the color I expected at all"
I ordered the warm beige my first reaction when I opened it was, “Wait… is this grey?” It looked nothing like the photos on the site. I was disappointed because I was expecting a soft beige tone, but in person it was way off. I don’t think I’d buy this again.

I ordered it because the site showed it was available, and I kind of needed it quickly. Then a few days later they told me it actually wasn’t in stock, so I could either wait or cancel. That whole thing was just frustrating, especially since I wouldn’t have ordered if I’d known. They really need to keep the stock info updated before letting people buy stuff...

"Prices felt too high and unclear"
I checked out xtrallux.com the prices kind of put me off right away. I’ve seen similar stuff for less elsewhere, so it was hard for me to justify paying that much. Maybe the quality is great, but I didn’t really get enough info to feel confident about it, so I was left a bit in the dark. For me, it just didn’t feel worth the extra cost.
